The Southbend 4604AD-3GR is a 60″ gas range designed for high-performance in commercial kitchens. It features (2) star/sauté burners in the front and (2) non-clog burners in the rear, offering versatile cooking options. The 36″ griddle on the right provides additional cooking space for grilling and frying. The unit includes both a standard oven and a convection oven, each with battery spark ignition, and offers (4) racks for flexibility. Constructed with durable stainless steel, it also includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf and 6″ adjustable legs for ease of use and maintenance.
