The Southbend 4603DC-2CL is a 60″ gas range tailored for commercial kitchens. It features (6) star/sauté burners with standard grates and includes a 24″ charbroiler on the left side. The range has a standing pilot and (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition for efficient cooking. A cabinet base with (1) rack provides storage space. The unit is built with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf and includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf. It delivers 307,000 BTUs of power and comes with 6″ adjustable legs. CSA and NSF certified for quality and safety.
