The Southbend 4481EE-2CR Ultimate Restaurant Range is a high-efficiency gas range designed for professional kitchens. It has a 48″ width and includes four non-clog burners with standard grates. On the right side, it features a 24″ charbroiler, perfect for grilling. The range includes two space-saver ovens with battery spark ignition, each with one rack. It also has a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf for additional storage. The range is made with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and features 6″ adjustable legs. With a total output of 286,000 BTU, it is CSA and NSF certified.
