This model accommodates up to (18) 18″Wx26″D or (36) 12″Wx20″D pans and has universal wire slides fixed at 3″. This unit has active humidification for proofing and holding at 95% maximum relative humidity as well as a 2-1/2 quart capacity bottom mount stainless steel water reservoir. 25-1/4″Wx30-3/4″Dx71″H with 5″ casters, two with brakes. 120V and includes an 8′ cord and plug. 225 lbs.
