The True TSSU-60-16D-2-HC sandwich and salad prep table simplifies cleaning with removable, tool-free one-piece magnetic gaskets. The stainless steel floor and drawers are easy to wipe clean at the end of the day. Each drawer accommodates a 12″ x 20″ x 6″ food pan, with options for different pan configurations using dividers (sold separately).
The prep table includes 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate food pans in the countertop, and it’s compatible with 6-inch-deep pans (sold separately). Energy-efficient high-density polyurethane insulation is used throughout the unit, maintaining a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the pans and cabinet. Large fans ensure even cooling by circulating cold air over the pans and throughout the cabinet.
An automatic reverse condensing fan motor cleans the condensing coil for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts, reducing energy consumption and ensuring proper product temperatures with regular maintenance. This feature extends the unit’s lifespan in commercial settings by keeping the condensing coil free from dust and debris.
