The powder-coated cantilever shelves ensure corrosion resistance, while the interior floor and deck pans are constructed with durable stainless steel.
To ensure stability and prevent tipping or wobbling, the True TOAM-30-HC~TSL01 open-air cooler is mounted on leg levelers, allowing it to be positioned on uneven floors. Using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit maintains a temperature range of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Insulated with polyurethane, the cooler prevents cold air from escaping, ensuring efficient temperature maintenance. The inclusion of a night cover protects the stored products at the end of the business day.
The condenser fan motor in this unit features a unique function, running in reverse for 20 seconds upon startup. This action effectively blows debris, dust, and dirt off the condensing coil, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient refrigeration system. This regular cleaning schedule enhances the system’s overall performance, leading to lower energy consumption and consistent product temperatures.
