Its heating system, controlled by an on/off switch and electronic temperature control, provides uniform and efficient electric heat. You can easily monitor and adjust the temperature using the external digital display, which offers readings in both Fahrenheit and Celsius.
The pass-thru design of this cabinet allows for easy loading and unloading from either side. It features solid stainless steel front and rear doors with bolt-style locks and metal handles for durability and security. These doors also have the convenience of staying open past a 120-degree angle and self-closing if opened less than 120 degrees. The cabinet’s construction includes a stainless steel front and aluminum sides on the exterior, while the interior is made up of aluminum side walls and back, along with a stainless steel ceiling and floor.
