The True STA1HRI89-1S Spec Series® reach-in heated holding cabinet is a tall, single-section hot food cabinet designed to maintain cooked foods at safe serving temperatures in high-volume foodservice operations. It delivers consistent holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F, supported by dual finned-tube heating elements and low-velocity airflow for even heat distribution. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. With manual humidity vent control, color-coded digital temperature display, and NSF-4 compliance, this model is ideal for bakeries, cafeterias, and production kitchens requiring reliable hot food holding capacity.
