The steamer has a side by side design that provides more control of heat and humidity. Its spacious compartment has a unique shelf that allows efficient sectional control. The bun compartment has a humidity control system and a bun rack that will keep the buns warm and fresh for long periods. For even heat distribution, the unit is fitted with a powerful tubular element that ensures faster heating of items and superior humidity control.
A pull down full-view tempered glass door is fitted on the unit for easy, safe access, and display of the products to increase impulse sales. The steamer has an adjustable thermostat that ensures accurate temperature control. Its large capacity water pan holds 11 qt. of water and has an indicator light installed as a standard feature for operational convenience. A front drain valve is provided to make cleaning easier. A standard feature, the hot dog juice tray prevents dirt from getting inside the water pan. The entire cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material.
It has attractive scratch-resistant graphics on the exterior that also contribute to improving impulse sales.
