The Southbend TVGS/22SC TruVection Gas Convection Oven is a low-profile, double-deck oven designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. With electronic ignition and solid-state thermostatic controls, it offers precise temperature control from 150-550°F. The oven features a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, interior light, and a cool-down fan for optimal performance. Each deck includes three racks and a porcelain oven interior for easy cleaning. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the door handle, front, sides, and top, this oven also includes 6″ legs for easy installation. With two 1/2 HP motors and a combined 104,000 BTU output, this oven is CSA and NSF certified, ensuring safety and reliability.
