The Southbend 4721DD-3CL is an Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range designed for heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens. This 72″ range features (6) non-clog burners and a 36″ charbroiler on the left side. It comes with a standing pilot, (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition, and each oven includes (1) rack. The range also has a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, as well as 6″ adjustable legs. With a total output of 384,000 BTU, this range is built to deliver high performance and efficiency.
