The Southbend P32C-XH-RE Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a 32″ gas-powered range designed for flexibility and durability in a commercial kitchen. Featuring (2) 45,000 BTU open burners at the front, (1) 16″ hot top at the rear, and a cabinet base, this range allows for efficient cooking without taking up additional floor space. With a stainless steel front, sides, and 6″ adjustable legs, it is built to endure daily, heavy-duty use.
With a total cooking power of 130,000 BTU, the two open burners are clog-free, ensuring optimal gas flow and making cleanup easier. The removable cast iron grates create a stable surface for pots and pans, while the hot top features two 20,000 BTU burners and removable steel plates that can reach temperatures up to 700°F. The front of the cooktop also has a 9.25″ deep rail for added workspace.
