Forged by hand from a single piece of stainless steel, these are the strongest available. The tool is welded and polished after reinforcement is added at the pressure point.
Hand forged tools go through work hardening, leading to greater hardness and strength. These utensils have a textured surface from the hand hammering process.
Wood handles are riveted to the shaft and expand inside the metal once wet.
