This food and soup warming unit has two 5-qt insets which are individually powered and feature thermostatically-controlled, wrap-around heating elements to provide precise temperature control and accurate, even heat. Includes stainless steel insets with hinged lids that return moisture to the food to retain flavor. Passes NSF rethermalization requirements.
