The R101 Plus food processor comes with a 2.5 qt. clear polycarbonate cutter bowl and a continuous feed attachment, so users can process small batches of food or use the continuous feed for bigger prep tasks. Durable and lightweight, the clear cutter bowl helps to maintain easy visibility of the contents inside. The food processor features a magnetic safety switch that instantly shuts off the motor in case the bowl is not properly attached to ensure user safety. It has one kidney-shaped and one vegetable slicer attachment lid for easy feeding and processing of vegetables. The vegetable slicer lid comes with two large feed openings with internal injection enables users to allow a variety of produce to be inserted into the bowl.
The unit comes with an “S” blade, made of sturdy stainless steel for a longer service life. It also other processing discs, including 5/64″ (2mm) grating disc, 5/32″ (4mm) slicing disc, and 1/4″ (6mm) julienne disc for added versatility. The extended shaft can fit 23 different discs (sold separately) to slice, shred, grate and julienne. A pulse switch control allows for precise slicing and thus have more control during processing.
