The Migali C-CO1-SD-NG Competitor Series® Single Full-Size Natural Gas Convection Oven delivers power, precision, and durability for demanding commercial kitchens. Built with a stainless steel exterior and an enamel-coated interior with coved corners, it ensures long-lasting performance and simplified cleaning. The ovens dependent doors are fitted with double-pane thermal tempered glass to maintain internal heat while providing visibility, complemented by an interior light for clear monitoring during operation. Inside, the unit accommodates up to five full-size 18″ x 26″ pans on five nickel-plated racks with 13-position guides, offering flexibility for a variety of cooking needs.
Designed for reliability, the oven operates on natural gas via a 3/4-inch rear NPT connection with regulator included. Its dual-speed fan system circulates heated air evenly for consistent results, while a door-activated delay switch helps reduce heat loss during use. Manual solid-state controls allow operators to adjust temperatures between 150°F and 500°F, with an added Cook & Hold mode for extended warming or low-temperature cooking.
For added safety and convenience, the C-CO1-SD-NG features an electronic spark ignition system with an automatic pilot and shutoff, ensuring dependable startup and efficient operation.
