The Jackson Conserver XL HH High Hood, Door Type Commercial Dishwasher is a low temperature, chemical sanitizing unit designed to accommodate 60 qt. mixing bowls and sheet pans. Constructed of durable stainless steel, containing no plastics or soft materials. Field convertible from straight-thru to corner, and vice versa, 3 built-in chemical pumps and priming switches, and stainless steel self-draining pump.
