It boasts a production capacity of up to 2617 lb/24 hours at 70°F ambient temperature and 50°F water temperature (AHRI certified at 90°F ambient temperature and 70°F water temperature, with a production capacity of 2580 lb). The ice maker is finished with stainless steel for durability and aesthetics. It operates at 208-230 volts, 60 Hz, and 3-phase power with a current draw of 20.6 amps. Additionally, it is protected with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent for improved sanitation.
