Two and a half inches of polyurethane insulation also helps in maintaining the proper temperature range of 33 to 41F. The analog thermostat is user-friendly. A timed electrical air defrost keeps the product in prime working condition. This refrigerator, drawer frames and pan dividers are all made of stainless steel. Pans aren’t included. A snap-in magnetic gasket keeps the drawers air tight and is readily removed for cleaning. They have recessed handles and perimeter heaters thwart condensation. Slide bearings are low friction for simple opening and closing. The unit rests on four casters, with the front two having locking brakes.
