With 23 cubic feet of space for storing your ingredients and building the perfect pies, thisPizza Prep Table lets you put together deliciously creative pizzas. The exterior is made of 430 stainless steel, while the interior, work surface, top lid and hood area all made of 304 stainless. The bottom and back are made of galvanized steel. Insulation is provided by 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam. Self-contained refrigeration is located in a removable side panel, and has a slide-out condenser to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Environmentally-protective R-134A refrigerant is used with the system. The air defrost function is temperature initiated and terminated, so its operation is based completely on the needs of the unit, and goes no farther than the needs of the unit. The rounded corners and recessed handles of the doors are distinctive and stylish. A one-piece snap in magnetic gasket is easy to remove for cleaning or replacement. Four epoxy-coated wire shelves, two for each section, come standard with this table. A frame heater staunches the build-up of condensation on the door. The incandescent interior lighting is safety-shielded so that it isn’t shattered if it’s accidentally bumped. The prep area has 1/2 inch thick foam insulation. A 19 inch wide sanitary cutting board that’s 1/4″Deep is added for your prepping convenience. It’s both removable and adjustable. Nine sanitary 1/3 size PVC pans are provided with the table as well, and they sit side-by-side on the upper edge of the work surface. The lid can be lowered to cover them. The prep table is resting on swivel casters, and the two in front have locking brakes.
