Make your sandwiches quickly with this 11.8 cubic foot Sandwich Prep Table with 4 drawers and a prep area to keep all of your ingredients centrally located. It’s wholly built of stainless steel, and has 2.5 inch polyurethane insulation. The refrigeration is back-mounted, and the condenser easily slides out for cleaning. This is a front-breathing table which can be easily built into a counter. R-134A refrigerant is used. The air defrost is electrically timed. The drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles. Perimeter heaters help to thwart the build-up of condensation. A snap-in magnetic gasket can be removed for cleaning as well. Each drawer will hold four 1/2 size pans, or multiple combinations of other pan sizes. Drawer pans aren’t provided. Slide bearings are low friction so that opening and closing is easier. The prep area also has 1/2 inch insulation, and comes with a sanitary cutting board which is 12 inch wide and 1/4″Deep. It’s removable and adjustable. A dozen 1/6 size sanitary PVC pans are supplied for use in the prep area. The temperature range for the table is 33 to 41F, and it’s set by an analog thermostat. Four casters are its base, and the front two have locking brakes.
