The Duke E101-E is an Economy Series single section, standard depth electric convection oven designed for demanding commercial applications. This commercial convection oven promises superior performance while using less energy. The oven features (2) independent, 50/50 stainless steel doors with double-pane glass windows. The chamber includes (5) oven racks that can be adjusted in (13) different positions for user convenience. The chamber has bright interior lights for superior visibility, so users can check the food inside without interrupting the cooking process. With a dial thermostat, the unit can maintain temperature between 200°F and 500°F. It also has a power off/cook switch for easy operation. The 60-minute dial timer and electric buzzer helps keep track of the cooking progress.
The Duke electric convection oven has a stainless steel top, front and painted sides for durability. The interior has non-stick, corrosion-resistant porcelain enamel coating that aid easy cleaning. The top, sides, base, and back of the oven are insulated for temperature retention. This oven uses a two-speed, 1/2 HP fan motor for uniform air distribution throughout the chamber. It stands on 27″H angular, painted legs with adjustable feet for easy leveling.
