Doyon’s DR45 Dough Rounder gently rounds dough faster than rounding by hand. Production is up to 4 times faster than rounding by hand and produces a consistent ball shape.

FEATURES:-

• Rounds portions from 7 ounces to 36 ounces (200g to 1000g); hydration ratio of at least 60% (sticky dough)
• Easy cleaning – no tools required
• Up to 800 portions per hour (850 pounds/hour)
