The appliance features a sturdy construction with a stainless steel exterior on the front, sides, drawers, and grille, complemented by a galvanized back and bottom. Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting durability. The worktop is also crafted from stainless steel for added strength. It boasts a flat top design and is equipped with full electronic controls, along with a built-in thermometer. The drawers are designed with snap-in gaskets for a secure seal. The door is self-closing, equipped with a 120¬? stay-open feature on cartridge-style hinges, and incorporates low-wattage anti-condensate heaters to prevent moisture buildup. Each door is outfitted with a magnetic gasket to ensure a tight seal. The door is field-reversible (hinge kit not included). Additionally, two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves and upper and lower pull-out drawers, suitable for 6Äù deep pans, provide ample storage. The stainless steel drawer frames are supported on telescoping slides, featuring a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The appliance is mounted on 6Äù casters, with two of them equipped with brakes as standard.
