The Beverage-Air SPE72HC-30M Mega-Top Sandwich Prep Table provides additional storage and prepping space in the kitchen. A great fit for restaurants, cafes, and delis, this mega-top refrigerated prep table has a versatile design that’s ideal for commercial kitchens. This prep table boasts a stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors. Plus, its interior has an aluminum lining to prevent corrosion and rust while simplifying the cleaning process. The 72″ wide table features a worktop with (30) 1/6 polycarbonate plastic pans, which are recessed at 2″ from the top to ensure uniform airflow. Locking divider bars prevent the pans from shifting out of place, and a pan liner prevents food spillage and leakage. An insulated hood covers the pans to lock in freshness and maintain an optimal temperature. Its 10″ cutting board unites with a large, stable prepping surface so that two chefs can work at the same time.
The Beverage-Air SPE72HC-30M Mega-Top Sandwich Prep Table features three (3) doors with two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves each to accommodate food pans easily. Cartridge-style hinges prevent the doors from sagging and can withstand weight while loading and unloading products. These self-closing doors come with a stay-open feature up to 120° which is perfect for times when your hands are full. With a fully electronic control system, you can monitor the cabinet temperature from 36°F to 38°F and regulate the same. For maximum efficiency and temperature retention, the unit uses a CFC- and HCFC-free R290 refrigerant system. Its 6″ swivel casters allow you to move the table easily when it’s time to get it serviced.
