Idli Tray is made of heavy-duty Aluminium. Many restaurants, kitchens, and catering locations buy extra Aluminum Idli Trays for use with Regular Idli Steamer Box during busy times.
Please note that these trays will not work with Idli Steamers made in Chennai ( as those boxes are wider and deeper). These are designed to work with Idly Steamer Box sold by us only.
