Description
This Low Temp Holding Cabinet, made of 20 gauge stainless steel, features Halo Heat® which hovers stationary over and around your food, to provide even heating without blending the flavors of different foods, which can sometimes happen with circulating heat. The compact cabinet can hold (4) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ full size pans or (8) 18″ x 26″ x 1″ full-size sheet pans. Standard 3-1/2″ casters with brakes make it easily mobile. It comes standard with digital controls, which sense rapid changes in oven temperature and immediately begin compensating for heat loss. A large digital readout ensures holding at the optimal temperature. Optional multiple shelf timers are also available to help facilitate a first-in, first-out rotation schedule. A simple control ON/OFF power switch is included, with Up and Down Arrow Keys which have a temperature range of 60° to 200°F. There’s an indicator light and temperature display key with digital display. The cabinet comes with two chrome plated side racks, with eleven pan positions, spaced at 1-3/8″ centers.
