Designed with two aluminized steel baking chambers, each fitted with Cordierite ceramic decks, this oven ensures crisp, golden crusts by evenly absorbing heat and moisture.
Its durable stainless steel exterior provides long-lasting resistance to corrosion, scratches, and dents, while the aluminized steel interiors enhance durability under high heat. Both chambers are accessed through bottom-hinged doors with field-reversible handles, designed for operator flexibility.
For maximum control and efficiency, the GP-51 features an energy-efficient modulating thermostat with a temperature range of 300°F to 650°F (149°C to 343°C). A combination gas control valve with pilot safety and gas regulator ensures safe and consistent performance. Mounted on 4-inch chrome-plated adjustable legs, this compact countertop oven is easy to stabilize and clean around, making it ideal for high-demand pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations.
