Description

The Southbend S36D-2GL is a 36″ gas range with 2 burners, a griddle, and a standard oven, designed for natural gas. It features two open cast iron burners, each producing up to 28,000 BTU of power, with cast iron grates for durability. The range is constructed with a rugged stainless steel front and sides to ensure long-term use.

A removable crumb tray is located underneath the cooktop burners, capturing grease and debris to help maintain a clean and sanitary cooking environment. The rugged metal control knobs are each marked with a red stripe, allowing operators to quickly check and adjust the heat level of each burner.

The lower hinged valve panel provides easy access to gas valves for maintenance purposes, while a 4-inch front rail with closed, welded end caps acts as a buffer from cooktop heat and a convenient platform for plating food. The range stands on 6-inch adjustable steel legs, allowing it to be installed level on uneven surfaces.
