The True STA2HPT-2G-2S pass-thru heated holding cabinet is designed for efficient front-to-back access while safely maintaining cooked and baked foods at serving temperatures. The cabinet provides holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F and is not intended to heat ambient or cold product. Low-E double-pane glass front swing doors offer product visibility, while solid rear doors improve heat retention in prep areas. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling, this unit delivers durability, sanitation, and consistent heat distribution for high-volume commercial foodservice operations.
