The chef base is insulated and has a reinforced top that eliminates heat transfer to the cabinet’s interior. The top of the chef base features a full marine edge to prevent spills and dripping onto the floor. The base has two drawers with a telescoping design that allows them to slide for smooth opening. The top drawer holds (2) 6″H full-size pans, and the bottom drawer accommodates (2) 4″H full-size pans.
The Beverage Air WTRCS36-1 Refrigerated Chef Base has a durable stainless steel exterior and interior for long-lasting use in commercial spaces. Plus, the chef base has a solar digital thermometer and holds at temperatures between +36°F to +38°F.
