Description
The True STG2DT-2S is a versatile combo unit for commercial kitchens, offering both refrigeration and freezing capabilities. It has a refrigerator on the left and a freezer on the right, with automatic defrost in the freezer.
Each section has three PVC-coated wire shelves, and the unit features stainless steel doors, floor, and ceiling, with aluminum sides and back. LED lighting provides efficient interior illumination.
Both sections have self-closing doors with bolt-style locks, and full-body foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures temperature retention. The unit is mobile with 5″ casters, including front brakes, for easy cleaning.
The refrigerator uses a 1/3 hp compressor with R-134A refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The freezer has a 1/2 hp compressor with R-404A refrigerant, keeping temperatures at a steady -10 degrees Fahrenheit. This combo unit operates on a 115V electrical connection.
