The True TSSU-60-15M-B-HC mega-top food prep table employs an efficient refrigeration system utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and capillary tubes, maintaining a consistent temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit in both the cabinet’s interior and food pans. The self-lubricating fan motor and large fan blades ensure uniform airflow throughout the unit, and the condensing unit conveniently slides out from the back during maintenance. Featuring a reverse condensing fan motor, this system effectively removes dust and dirt from the condensing coil, enhancing overall efficiency. The reverse operation occurs for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts up. Regular maintenance is crucial to ensuring the coil remains clean and the unit functions optimally.
The True TSSU-60-15M-B-HC prep table incorporates an 8 1/2-inch-deep cutting board spanning the top, providing a smooth surface for assembling sandwiches or salads that can easily slide from one end to the other during meal preparation. The left side is organized with 15 sixth-size food pans for toppings, while the right side offers open counter space for snacks and equipment. A cover pulls over the food pans to keep toppings cold and fresh, and additional ingredients can be stored in the base on adjustable shelves.
