This Hatco display cabinet comes with separate heat and humidity controls. The unit offers controlled moisturized heat and humidity to display and hold hot food items for a longer time. The adjustable thermostat allows to maintain temperature from 140°F to 190°F. The combination of air heating and humidity system allows precise control over temperature, thus locking in the texture of a variety of crisp and moist foods. The high wattage of the unit allows for quick preheat times and fast recovery.
This hot food display cabinet from Hatco boasts a heavy-duty stainless steel body with tempered glass sides and door for clear, full-view display of sandwiches, burritos, and other foods. The inside is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lighting to ensure good visibility of the food items stored inside. It features electronic control panel and water reservoir at the top for easy access.
Designed for long-term food holding, the FDWD Series holding and display cabinet features four (4) multi-purpose, horizontal shelves where users can display a variety of food. Each shelf can hold a half-size pan (sold separately). There is 3-1/2″ of clearance space between every two shelves.
