It has a production capacity of up to 1433 lb/24 hours at 70°F ambient temperature and 50°F water temperature (AHRI certified at 90°F ambient temperature and 70°F water temperature, with a production capacity of 1330 lb). The ice produced is in a crescent cube style. The unit is finished with stainless steel for durability and aesthetics. Operating at 208-230 volts, 60 Hz, and 3-phase power, it draws 12.8 amps. Additionally, it is protected with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent for improved sanitation.
