Description
This two compartment electric Slo Cook & Hold Oven offers the warming space of two ovens in the floor space of one. Halo Heat® wraps itself around your foods to cook or heat them evenly, yet is stationary, to prevent “bleeding” of flavors from one food to the next. The probe supplied with this unit allows you to cook meats to their appropriate internal temperature without over-cooking them. Timed cooking, which is the life line of busy restaurant kitchens, is an option as well. Each of the two ovens has a 120 lb capacity, room for 4 full size baking pans, with 3 wire shelves apiece. They each have a drip pan with a drain as well. The ovens are separately electronically controlled with an LED display which has 8 programmable menu buttons. The cooking temperature range is 200-350F, while the range for probed cooking is 50-195F, and the holding temperature range is 60-205F. The 5 inch casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid, allow for easier cleaning. EcoSmart® technology is what makes this oven thrifty with its use of electricity. Oven hoods and outside ventilation aren’t required with this unit in most areas because its emission of grease laden air is less than UL standards. Specifications
