The True GDM-72F-HC~TSL01 is a three-section display freezer designed for storing frozen goods, attracting customers, and encouraging impulse purchases. This freezer maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, making it ideal for storing packaged frozen meals. It features a bottom-mounted compressor, which simplifies maintenance and creates a convenient lower storage shelf, eliminating the need for stooping. The automatic defrost system operates on a time clock and stops when the temperature reaches the desired level.
The exterior of the unit is constructed with durable white laminated vinyl, giving it a clean and fresh appearance. The triple-pane, thermal-insulated glass doors are designed to keep cold air inside the freezer, and their white powder-coated frames are resistant to scratching. Each of the three doors comes with a 12-inch extruded handle for easy loading and unloading. These doors are self-closing, and their magnetic gaskets ensure cold air remains inside. The gaskets are also removable without the need for tools, making cleaning a breeze.
Inside the freezer, you’ll find heavy-duty adjustable shelves – 12 in total – made of PVC-coated wire. These shelves are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments, providing flexibility for storing various products.
The refrigeration system of this display freezer features a condensing fan motor that runs in reverse mode for 20 seconds upon startup, effectively removing excess dust from the condenser coil. This self-cleaning feature enhances efficiency, maintains consistent temperatures, and conserves energy, ultimately extending the system’s lifespan.
