This refrigerated prep table includes two epoxy-coated shelves and a dozen 1/6-size pans for organizing your meats, cheeses, veggies, and other sandwich fixings, and the unit keeps all the ingredients chilled and fresheven if ambient temperatures are as high as 100°F. The sandwich prep table comes with a polyethylene cutting board and a spacious 48″W top that both provide extra room for prepping and assembling menu items. Plus, when it’s time to restock your ingredients, the doors have a convenient stay open feature that makes loading and unloading a breeze.
The Hoshizaki SR48B-12 Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table is built for unparalleled durability and reliability, as well. Its exterior and interior are forged from stainless steel for easy cleaning and long-lasting resistance to corrosion and rust. The evaporator coil is enamel-coated for a longer life, too. Two inches of foamed-in-place insulation prevents cold air from escaping, as do doors that close on their own after use.
