An electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit is constructed of stainless steel and can be used in any counter-top or prep table with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting, as well as being used as a replacement on a hot food station. It fits four 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. The pans aren’t included. It’s 6-3/8 inch deep, and made for 6 inch deep pans. It’s thermostatically controlled with a setting range of 1 to 10 and a heat indicator light. The thermostat can be flush-mounted to the counter or remotely mounted on a wall. No water or drain is needed, so there are no steam burns.
