The True TDD-2CT-S-HC draft beer system is designed to serve two beers simultaneously, accommodating two half-barrel kegs and featuring two insulated beer columns. The two-way manifold ensures efficient carbon dioxide connection to the beer lines, reducing foam while maintaining optimal beer temperature. The unit includes a chilled area under the slide top for storing glasses, and an aluminum glass guardrail adds convenience. To protect the interior during loading and unloading, a door threshold protector minimizes the risk of damage.
LED lights illuminate the cabinet, enhancing visibility, while the temperature can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel construction of the exterior, including the top, front, sides, and doors, provides durability, dent resistance, and corrosion protection. The fan motors, electronically commutated for efficient operation, circulate air evenly for consistent cooling. Dense polyurethane insulation in the walls and doors, along with magnetic door gaskets, helps retain cold air and maintain an airtight seal to prevent heat from entering the cabinet.
The True TDD-2CT-S-HC draft beer system’s self-contained refrigeration unit is accessible from behind the front grille for easy servicing and cleaning. The compressor fan motor’s automatic reverse function for the first 20 seconds upon start-up effectively removes dust, debris, and dirt from the condenser coil. While this self-cleaning feature contributes to operational efficiency and energy reduction, routine preventative maintenance is still essential to ensure optimal performance over time.
