The Southbend 4606AC-2CL is a 60″ gas restaurant range equipped with three star/sauté burners at the front and two Pyromax burners at the rear. It also features a 24″ charbroiler on the left side and a standing pilot ignition system. The unit includes one convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base for extra storage. It comes with three racks and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf. The stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6″ adjustable legs, complete the design. This model delivers 275,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified.
