The Southbend 4603AA-6L is a 60″ gas Ultimate Restaurant Range, built for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features (3) star/sauté burners on the front left, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear left, and (4) star/sauté burners on the right. The range is equipped with (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition, each with (3) racks. It includes thermostatic controls, standing pilots, and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf, all housed in durable stainless steel for long-lasting use.
