The Peerless CW62PSC Double-Stack Floor Model 4 Gas Burner Pizza Oven comes standard with a stainless steel front made of high quality, 18-guage stainless steel; the door interior is 18 gauge stainless as well. It is equipped with the new energy-saving Peerless PowerPak 4-cell burner system and a unique baffle system. The CW62PSC deck size measures 42x32x7 (4) decks in two ovens. This pizza oven will hold sixteen (16) 16 pizzas. Also, this oven is totally thermocoupled and allows you to replace individual parts as opposed to throwing away the whole system. For ease of operation and space savings, it has the controls on the side.
